What payment methods are accepted by humble?

What are my order shipping options?

We offer standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping (additional fees apply for express and international shipping). 

For orders $50+, we offer free US standard shipping. 

Shipping times my vary, but typically orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Not really loving my purchase... what is your return/exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only process returns on our site for orders placed here directly. If you purchased your items at a retailer or another online platform, you must return it there. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (items marked final sale) or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Regarding exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I changed my mind - Can I cancel or adjust my order once its placed?

Sorry girlie! Unfortunately, once the order processes, it goes into fulfillment almost immediately and cannot be cancelled or adjusted.

Please triple check your order before hitting submit. Once you receive the order, you can start the return process if you'd like. See the steps above on order returns and refunds.

Are your brushes vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We want your skin to have a healthy and clean experience when using our brushes - plus we love our furry friends!

Absolutely! Grab one for your bff, so she can pick her own humble goodies. Once you check out, an email is sent with a unique code to the recipient.
